Product filters do not appear

Configure filters in Shopify Search & Discovery and ensure the collection/search template has filtering enabled. A theme cannot invent filter groups that Shopify has not configured.

Bundle adds products but no bundle discount appears

The VANTA Complete the Set block submits selected variants together. Discount rules and component inventory require Shopify Bundles, Shopify Functions or another compatible backend.

Fit Assistant is not visible

Confirm the product has an option matching the Fit Assistant block setting, normally Size.

Preorder button is missing

Confirm the product has tag preorder or metafield vanta.preorder = true and that the selected variant is purchasable under Shopify inventory policy.

Restock form is not visible

The block appears for unavailable products. Make sure the Restock block exists in the product template.

Wishlist disappeared

The built-in wishlist is browser-local. Clearing site storage, switching browsers or devices, or using private mode creates a new local list.

Compare tray blocks the sticky add-to-cart

VANTA automatically shifts the sticky purchase bar when the compare tray is active. If a third-party app adds its own fixed bottom UI, adjust one of the conflicting app/theme elements.

Currency or language selector is missing

Configure multiple countries/languages in Shopify Markets. VANTA only displays options Shopify makes available.

Quick view or AJAX cart stopped after an app install

Temporarily disable the app embed and retest. Apps that replace product forms, cart markup or intercept global click/submit events can conflict with theme behavior.

Store feels slow

Check large hero videos, third-party tracking/app scripts, oversized custom fonts, and too many homepage sections. Then run Lighthouse and inspect the largest transfer/long-task contributors.

Theme update safety

Duplicate the customized theme before applying an update. Keep a record of custom code changes. Theme Editor settings can be migrated more safely than direct code edits.
